Excellent location. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast service. Very friendly staff.

The booking was charging $55, but when we went to pay at the hotel they charged $77, saying there was a tax, but when I checked on Booking.com there was no tax to be paid. When parking the car, they wouldn't let us stay in the hotel garage, even though it was empty; we had to walk two blocks at night. The receptionists were not understanding of our problems.

Good structure, but inefficient service. Even with many empty parking spaces, they are inconsiderate, making you move your car from one garage to another that is also empty, and they don't allow you to park in the easier spots.

Excellent service. We arrived at 4 a.m. and the manager on duty quickly arranged everything so we could rest immediately. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Overall, everything was good. It lives up to all its promises, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The elevators were also excellent. The service was outstanding. I would give it 5 stars, but the garage space and breakfast are its weak points.
