Vientos de Libertad Corrientes

It is a very busy avenue, several bars, cafes, theatres, has for all tastes, I loved.

We stayed in a hotel on Rua Montevideo, about two blocks from Avenida Corrientes. This was not planned, but being close to this avenue greatly facilitated our night program in Buenos Aires. There are a lot of snack bars and restaurants on Avenida Corrientes, as well as all the bustling of the city, a few blocks from the famous Obelisco. We went twice to the famous Pizzaria Guerrín (which we didn't know was famous). At least one of the roads is closed for pedestrians. On Saturday, the day of most traffic, the entire Corrientes Avenue was closed to pedestrians, which makes the walk even easier.

This central and wide avenue is an impressive view and home to many theatres, cafés and bookshops. For the best experience walk up and down it on a Saturday evening when it is really buzzingband full of other people looking in the shops. I enjoyed my visit.

Corrientes Street is a walk in itself. Theatres , confectioneries, restaurants, street shows, bookstores. It's beautiful to walk that walk.

It is one of the main streets of the city. It is an artistic and cultural axis; it is the center of nightlife. There are plenty of bars and theatres offering various shows. Recommended!!

This huge avenue, like many in BA, is located at the level of the obelisk in the center. Lots of shops, restaurants, traffic, life.

This is really the avenue that never sleeps, especially for the numerous theatres and showhouses it has, most concentrated in the four closest squares to the Obelisk. There are numerous restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, for all tastes and pockets. At night one side of the avenue is closed for pedestrian use only

Avenida with access to the commerce and the other neighborhoods and streets. Nothing different. I felt safe with few people on the street.

It is still the street that never sleeps.... always has something to see, look, walk, walk, buy, it is the face of Buenos Aires. Go to BAS and take a stroll on Avenida Corrientes!!

Corrientes Avenue; in the heart of Buenos Aires, also stands out for its importance and great movement of eddies and vehicles. There are concentrated many theatres, bookstores, restaurants and pizzerias. At night, that public road gets a special highlight due to the lights of its establishments. It's a show!
