Entre Cielos was a wonderful experience for our honeymoon! The hotel and grounds are beautiful with a view of the Andes from the back of the property. The service is excellent and they provided a great experience for us throughout our stay. Finally, the rooms are very spacious and spa service was a great cherry on top! Would happily recommend to anyone as a home base for exploring Mendoza!

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but they fell short on execution by the Concierge Team - we had a few mishaps with our activity bookings. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable rooms and a relaxing pool area. We had originally booked the Limited Edition Loft Suite but thankfully they proactively offered us a different room as there is construction going on at a neighboring property which impacted the views. The spa is fantastic and the food at the restaurant is also very good. The staff were also very nice and the front desk person helped to rectify the mishaps caused by the Concierge Team. Still worth going but if you use their Concierge Team you may want to verify that everything is booked before you arrive.

had a 5 night stay here. middle of wine country beautiful views of the andes. the architecture is one of a kind, blending brutalist decisiveness with organic touch. quality service! well intentioned, carefully crafted menu, sometimes a bit much going on for the palette. only feedback : the bar didn’t have mezcal :( and the property used tinny bluetooth JBL speakers everywhere. which is ok as a backup but for a fine dining and immersive experience, i’m curious why you cant have better sound. for reference: the soundsystem in the rooms were significantly better than in the pool / dining / experience areas

This is not a luxury hotel. If you are used to luxury hotels and have that expectation (due to the price), you will be disappointed. That said, let's go to the positive and negative points. Positives: Very good gastronomy. Exceptional breakfast and dinner as well. Beautiful pool. Incredible location and view. Very helpful staff. Fantastic spa. NEGATIVES: The decoration of the rooms is very basic. It lacks good taste and refinement. (I stayed in the category facing the vineyard). Room with few amenities and small. Large pool is not heated. Service is good, but not luxury.
