Pullman Rosario City Center

Our experience fell far short of expectations for a hotel of this category. What disappointed us most was the condition of the room: stains on the carpet, dirty or marked curtains, worn furniture, and no hairdryer. Another negative point was the heated pool. We chose the hotel, in part, to enjoy it, but the water was cold and we could barely use it. We didn't request a room change because we only stayed one night and hardly used the room, but we still felt it was important to mention it since it left much to be desired. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent. Very varied, plentiful, and with options for all tastes. Without a doubt, it was the best part of our stay.

The hotel service was excellent from the moment I made the reservation. The reception staff, the cleaning personnel, the facilities, the impeccable breakfast, the pools, the spa—a 10 out of 10 for Pullman and his entire team. I go back often, and it's because of everything I've described. Thank you! Highly recommended.

My rating is an 8 because there were two basic services that didn't meet my expectations: the heated pool water wasn't hot, the lounge chairs weren't warm, and the shower in the room was very difficult to regulate. The temperature was extremely high, and the faucet was broken; it fell off several times. Otherwise, everything was spectacular. Food: 10/10. Staff service: 10/10.

A true 5-star hotel. It boasts a full spa service plus an indoor and outdoor pool. The staff is extremely friendly.

I just went to the casino, I liked it

We booked a superior room and were given one with torn curtains and stained carpets. It's not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The price didn't match the condition of the room. However, when we expressed our dissatisfaction at reception, they immediately moved us to another room.
