Both the place and its location are beautiful; the rooms seem to be right on the lake since they have a complete view of it. On the other hand, the staff are wonderful and add a lot to the experience. It has a barbecue area, a pool, and a grill for having a barbecue while gazing at Lake Nahuel Huapi. My girlfriend and I went and had a fantastic time.

Wonderful place, spotless rooms, delicious breakfast, and excellent service from the hosts. They truly make you feel like you're in paradise.

It truly lives up to its promises. The cabin was lovely and in good condition. The only issue was the hot tub floor, which was a little damaged. Great view and a heated outdoor pool sheltered from the wind. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's very well located. Being small, the food options are limited but of very good quality.

I would take all the time in the world to write reviews of this magical and special place everywhere because I want more people to know how incredible it is! The view, the service, the wonderful staff, the comfort, the details, the decor, the amenities! Pure luxury in a place straight out of a fairytale! We stayed for 16 days in suite #7 with a view, and I don't regret a thing! Next year I would stay longer without hesitation! It's our home in Bariloche, where the surprises never end and dreams come true!

A beautiful place! Perfect for large families. The cabins are super cozy and the view from all of them is gorgeous. The reception staff are very attentive and friendly. We loved it 🤍

We were going to stay at the hotel but needed to cancel due to an unforeseen event. The hotel approved cancellation free of charge via booking, the reservation was automatically cancelled, and then we received a message that actually it wasn't free of charge: they'd retain our payment, and we'd have credit to visit the property. We specified in our request that we'd liked to be reimbursed. They shouldn't have approved free of charge, because it wasn't.

We enjoyed 6 nights here and loved the place. The staff was top notch making recommendations on great hikes and unique areas to explore.

I want to highlight the excellent service above all else. We went with a 10-month-old baby. The place was quite small for the three of us, even though it was described as being for two people and a baby. The room wasn't divided, which made naptime quite difficult. We hadn't realized this beforehand; otherwise, we would have chosen a different two-room apartment. We had a few issues during our stay: a perimeter alarm went off at 1:30 am. We called the emergency number, and they told us it was a neighbor's alarm and to stay calm. We were very scared; we thought there was an intruder. When they cleaned, they didn't replace missing items like soap, detergent, etc., and there were people working both Saturdays we were there, so we could hear voices and noises outside the cabin window. Despite these inconveniences, we can say that they were very helpful and resolved the issues. The boys were very helpful.
