Brasilia Tower Hotel by Castelo Itaipava

Wonderful hotel, and the entire team, receptionists, and housekeepers are super friendly and willing to help. I stayed for 5 days. Well located, in front of the TV tower, and quick Uber service right outside to anywhere in the Plano Piloto (Brasília's central area). I must thank the receptionists Jac and Elaine, they helped me a lot and are the reason I'll stay at the same hotel on my next trip to Brasília. Comfortable suite, I stayed on the seventeenth floor and could see the ministries and the Three Powers Square from the window. I have nothing to complain about, I highly recommend it. I've been to 11 countries and I've lost count of how many hotels I've stayed in, this was one of the best. I'm very grateful to the entire team.

O atendimento foi excelente, porém precisa urgente de reformas urgente, elevador barulhento cama bem desconfortável, piso está com bastante mofo, minha sugestão é fazer uma reforma e esse hotel vai decolar e voltar a ser referência ! Precisa mexer meio que em tudo… de infra …

Great location, but the hotel's structure, and especially the room, leaves much to be desired. The bed, pillows, and bedding were terrible, the window doesn't close properly, and there's no sound insulation.

This hotel is simply garbage. Everything is falling apart, terrible, I'll never stay in this dump again. Bed, TV, internet, shower, everything is garbage. This place needs to be shut down.

Recommendation: Don't step there.

Nice room with an excellent view.

The hotel urgently needs maintenance; several parts are damaged. The room was clean and relatively comfortable, but the window did not insulate against outside noise at all.
