Service: some employees are friendly, others are grumpy. Good room, comfortable bed, but the bed linen was torn; for a hotel of this level, we were surprised that this happened. Excellent breakfast, restaurant cleaning not very good, the employees leave the dishes piled up, turning into a mountain on the table. Room not very clean; if you have allergic rhinitis, be careful when staying at this hotel, demand cleaning on top of the TV furniture. Good gym, with water filter and fruit. Expensive parking; it could be included in the daily rate, it wouldn't cost much for a hotel of this category, they could offer an additional service like car washing.
