Wonderful

This Mercure hotel maintains the brand's traditional characteristics, delivering exactly what I expected. It's worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations.

Overall, the stay was very good and the service was flawless. The location is great for those who want to visit both the north and south of the island. The rooms could use some modernization, but they are functional. The breakfast could have a bit more variety for the price.

From my arrival at the Mercure Itacorobi in Florianópolis on June 5th, 2026 until my departure on June 8th, 2026, the room where I stayed had no hot water for showering or personal hygiene. This was an unpleasant inconvenience that no employee seemed to care much about; they only said that maintenance was taking care of it. I left early every day without a full shower and returned late, desperate to shower, but there was no hot water. On the last day of my stay, they offered to change my room—mind you, on the last day!—so I asked why they hadn't offered it before, and they replied: "The hotel was full." Completely absurd.

We didn't have hot water in the bathroom.

Incredible, great location near the shopping mall, and I met Avaí players there, which was very memorable.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a restaurant with an excellent menu.

An excellent place, excellent service. I went with the team for an event, and we stayed for a week. Heated pools, wonderful breakfast, impeccable service! Excellent menu, I will be back soon!
