Praia dos Crush

Late August, weekday. Beautiful beach and calm sea. The beach bars leave their trash (plastic bottles, papers, bottle caps, ice cream wrappers, coconuts, etc.) on the sand, making it look dirty. Street vendors are pushy. Each table has a speaker and they play loud music even if you're looking for peace and quiet. Sometimes you'll end up smoking someone else's marijuana, even if it's not your thing. Otherwise, it's pretty good.

I love Crush Beach, my second favorite beach in Fortaleza, I highly recommend it. It has an area where the sea is quite calm and you can swim comfortably, especially if you're a beginner.

I really liked it, the waters are calmer and the beach itself is very peaceful. They usually charge 20 reais per tent. Negative point: Lots of trash! People use the beach but are not aware of the trash they produce. Very sad! It's so simple: if you enjoy it, pick it up. The beach belongs to everyone, and taking care of it is everyone's responsibility.
