The housekeeper Rafaela was exceptional. The room was spotless, the towels were always clean, and the bed was very well made.

We would like to extend a very special thank you and compliment to the hotel staff, especially Rafaela and Naira, who were responsible for our rooms. Our room was always spotless, extremely clean, smelled wonderful, and was well-organized every day of our stay. This meticulous care and attention to detail made all the difference to our experience, making our days of rest much more comfortable. Congratulations on the exceptional work and impeccable professionalism!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the beach, which greatly facilitated our stay and was undoubtedly one of its positive points. On the other hand, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we even found the previous guest's toilet paper in the bathroom, which gave a terrible impression and demonstrated a lack of care in preparing the room. Furthermore, whenever we needed to request something at reception, the service was very slow and, most of the time, the response was that the requested item was not available. Another point we missed was a mirror in the room. There was only the bathroom mirror, which made it very difficult to get ready, especially when more than one person needed to use the bathroom at the same time. I believe that with more attention to cleanliness, an improvement in the speed and availability of reception service, and the installation of a mirror in the room, the guest experience could be much more satisfactory.

My experience, as well as that of my family, was excellent. The rooms were always clean and well-organized thanks to the staff member Celina, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, exceeding expectations. I would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by the reception staff. The employees were always very polite, attentive, and helpful, contributing to making our stay even more pleasant. As a suggestion for improvement, I believe the rooms could be a little larger and that the hotel could offer snack options in the evening or even a dinner service, which would add even more convenience for guests. However, this did not compromise our stay, as there are several food options very close to the hotel. Overall, we had a great experience and recommend the hotel with complete confidence.

Very good experience, polite and attentive staff, my wife and I were very well received, the breakfast was wonderful and varied! One negative point is that the rooms and bathrooms are quite cramped, but that was within what we researched, however... (no surprises) 😉...yes, feedback is important for improving the place, but people could have a little more empathy and do a better job researching their accommodations before booking (call, read reviews, look at feedback, etc.). Some complaints are a bit exaggerated (I say this from my experience). Overall, I can only thank Rotorua Inn for our stay and say that I would return, God willing! 🙏🏾

I was quite apprehensive when I saw some negative comments here, thinking the stay would be terrible. But in my case, I have nothing to complain about. I stayed 6 nights (June 30th) until July 7th. My room had a window facing the street, it was very clean, the girls cleaned and changed the towels every day, I even thought the bathroom had good space. (everything was within the category I chose) The staff were always helpful and very polite. The breakfast was very complete, and everything was delicious. The location was excellent. The air conditioning cools very well. I think each experience is unique, I didn't have any problems, and even if I had, I believe it would have been resolved. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.

I stayed in room 413. The space isn't large, but I found it comfortable, and the bathroom was okay too. I didn't have a problem with a musty smell in the room, however I noticed it a few floors below, just in the hallway, which would be terrible for me because I'm allergic. The breakfast was very varied. The reception service was excellent. I just didn't like the liquid soap; it had a bad smell. Otherwise, I recommend it; it's close to the beach, markets, and fairs. The cleaning service was also excellent.

The hotel deserves praise, excellent service, I highly recommend it, wonderful, we will be back soon 🙌🏽🙏🏽

Pleasant hotel, located very close to the Fortaleza beachfront, next to a pizzeria, restaurant and coffee shop, friendly and helpful staff, a very diverse and delicious breakfast, cozy rooms. Our chambermaid Rafaela made the atmosphere extremely pleasant for our arrival. I highly recommend the hotel!

Great breakfast, only the power outlets need some attention.

Everything was wonderful. We loved it, and if possible we will return to explore more places.
