Castro's Park Hotel

First time staying at Castro’s Park Hotel, after years of hearing it was the best hotel in Goiânia. And my experience lived up to that reputation! Right off the bat, I'd like to praise Gustavo, the receptionist, and the manager who was on duty when we arrived. We landed in the city at 9 am and, still from the airport, we contacted the hotel to request early check-in, given that we had a family event at lunch and needed the room to shower and change clothes. They offered us 11 am as a courtesy, but upon arriving at the hotel, they offered us coffee and managed to let us in at 10:30 am. In addition, also as a courtesy, they put us in a newly renovated room. My husband, who travels a lot for work, was able to make comparisons with other hotel chains and loved the service, the room facilities, and the amenities kit! I, as an architect, can also attest to all the qualities of a spacious, comfortable, and cozy room and a very functional bathroom. As a suggestion, I would only include a magnifying mirror on the side of the bathroom counter (to facilitate the application of makeup, for example) and the repositioning of the reading lamps on the headboard, which were placed too high for that purpose. Otherwise, a 10/10 experience, from the abundance of breakfast to the politeness and care of all the staff who assisted us during our stay. The hotel also has a very pleasant pool area and a super well-equipped gym with Movement equipment. In future opportunities, I am certain that we will stay at Castro's again.

I know all the 5-star hotels in Goiânia and I guarantee that there is no better one, just as there is no better location for anyone going to Goiânia, whatever the reason for the trip. The team is super well-coordinated and always seeks to anticipate and meet all the needs of the guests. We had memorable moments, and a large part of them were thanks to the incredible attention of Mr. Yago — a top-notch professional who gave us all the support when we needed it. As a businessman, I know how to recognize talents with great ability and a bright future ahead. Invest in him, because he makes all the difference. The breakfast and room service are superb. Parking the car with the team of polite and careful valets makes everything perfect.
