Tajj Hotel e Restaurante

I stayed at the Tajj Hotel on June 13, 2026, to celebrate Valentine's Day. We stayed in suite C6 and everything was wonderful. I confess that I read the reviews before staying and still gave them the benefit of the doubt, because I know that people are used to complaining about everything, and more than that, those who are satisfied never come to report their satisfaction. So here I am recommending the Tajj Hotel. That day there was a wine tasting, and we watched the World Cup game in the wine cellar, tasting wines was very pleasant indeed. At night they lit the fireplace and also the bonfire, which created excellent emotional memories for us. Many people don't think this is important, but we value these moments. I wish everyone could create their own memories and experiences without looking at the dissatisfaction of others. Many people have bad energy and no matter how good the structure of the place is, they will always complain. On Sunday we used the indoor pool and it was at a pleasant temperature. We really liked the service and everything in the suite worked perfectly well. Here is my satisfaction report. I recommend the Tajj Hotel.

The hotel staff always responds to reviews by justifying and playing the victim regarding the problems they have. Unfortunately, we didn't see this beforehand; we stayed in a room where water leaked from the shower stall, and we had to mop it up with a squeegee during our stay to avoid being in a puddle! It was deplorable, and the worst part is that they responded saying everything worked perfectly, with the utmost audacity. The price of the stay is extremely high, and the service doesn't match the cost! We will not return and we do not recommend it to anyone. A place that doesn't care about the inconveniences it causes doesn't deserve any kind of appreciation! I hope people research this place before making the mistake of booking!! As far as I'm concerned, every hotel chain that this hotel is associated with will have a very large negative review so that everyone can know the terrible service they provide!! I only didn't give 0 stars because that option isn't available, let's make that clear, because their customer service deserves a zero rating!

Cozy space, beautiful setting nestled in nature. It has billiards, an outdoor pool, and a warm indoor pool. Very good for relaxing and having fun with family or on outing groups.

I went this week, I checked in on Tuesday and was going to stay until Wednesday, but I wasn't very satisfied. During the week, the hotel doesn't offer dinner to guests. If you want dinner, you have to order food through iFood, or go out to eat. Since the hotel is far from the city, it should offer something more to guests at night. There are no options at all. The breakfast was very bad, few options, cold bread, cake, hard and cold cheese bread, coffee, milk and juice. That's all I saw on the table. The place is very beautiful, the rooms are very beautiful, the indoor pool is air-conditioned but not heated, so in the cold it stays cold, which is useless if it's in an enclosed space, something we pay for and can't use, the sauna wasn't working. The shower in the room didn't heat up at all, when it did get hot it was so hot you couldn't stand under it, when it cooled down the water was freezing. What saved it was the bathtub. A beautiful place with attentive, well-mannered staff. Excellent service, but it left something to be desired in many ways.

It left something to be desired in some aspects. I went on this holiday with my family... the heated pool is a fairy tale, or they simply didn't want to turn it on. If anyone goes, don't make the mistake of eating the pizza, which is a tiny, thin-crust pizza with so-so flavor, more bad than good, at an absurd price. For a meal, I recommend the Ponto X restaurant in the center; great prices and quality food. The reception was good, Tallyson was an excellent professional, the accommodation itself isn't bad, but it didn't offer everything it promised.

Beautiful place. Very cozy. And the fact that they welcome dogs and cats increases the rating even more. I loved it.

The room advertised as having a double bed actually has two single beds with a hole in the middle covered by some sheets. The sink leaks water all over the bathroom, and the mini-fridge has a malfunctioning motor that makes a noise like it's taking off. The restaurant charges a corkage fee for its own wine cellar, claiming they are separate charges but paying everything under the same company tax ID. It's only worth it for the rustic style of the place; it's not worth it for the comfort.

I requested a gift reservation for a couple to stay after their wedding party and travel the following day. I informed them that the stay would be from 6 PM on May 23rd to 5:30 AM on May 24th. I paid half the amount, which is not cheap. The day before, I tried to contact them to confirm the reservations, without success; no one answered the phone or responded to WhatsApp messages. I had to contact one of their partners to pass on the message about the attempted contact, which is absurd. Finally, they called me to confirm and say they were on their lunch break, which is why they hadn't answered, but they had been on their lunch break for over 24 hours?? Once the reservation was confirmed, I took them to the hotel. I didn't even ask them about the room, but there was a complaint about the lack of Wi-Fi and the television in the room not working. The following morning I went to pick them up for their trip at 5:30 AM. There was no one at reception to check out. We rang the doorbell, waited about 10 minutes, and nothing. We left the room key on the counter, next to a cell phone. We couldn't wait any longer because of the flight. Later, around 6:00 PM, I received a message from the hotel telling me to tell the couple to go to reception to check out. I said that they had already left at 5:30 AM, that there was no one at reception, and that we had left the key there. They only replied: "Oh, okay, thank you."

Tajj Space has an excellent energy. The view is incredible, the rooms are comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere is the highlight. It's a great place to disconnect from the city routine and enjoy the countryside. I recommend it and would definitely return.
