The quality has dropped considerably. Poor wine recommendations.

Five stars is not enough to describe how incredible this place is! We wandered in expecting a nice glass of wine and a meal but we were blown away with such a memorable experience. A wine tasting was due to happen and the kind sommelier allowed us to join despite the fact we hadn’t booked. The wine tasting was so interesting and each wine came with a delicious small snack made by the talented chef. I have never tasted wines like this before! The whole thing was so well thought out and you could tell the sommelier just wanted everyone to have the best experience possible. He was so passionate and engaging. Afterwards, we had some delicious charcuterie and the sommelier continued to showcase various wines and make amazing recommendations for us throughout our dining experience. This is a night we will never forget. Thank you all so much for this incredible hospitality! If you have not visited this wonderful places then I highly recommend it.

Honestly one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had since coming to Chile. Great wine, good atmosphere and not to mention fantastic food. My server Carlos was amazing, great wine knowledge, good advice on pairings, and super pleasant to talk to. The food was amazing, I was completely blown away by the Pesca Del Dia. HIGHLY recommend. 👍👍👍

We came to the event: drinks and tapas, and it was a disaster. We understand the wait... and while the drinks were very good, the tapas weren't, and everything arrived out of sync. It's unacceptable... if you're going to offer drinks with food, they should arrive together, not 20 minutes apart. A fiasco. The service was anything but friendly, except for Benja. But... we won't be back!

Simply perfect! You can try different Chilean wines, some unique to the region. And we were very well received by the maitre d'! We will vote!

My visit to Corazón con Tinto left me quite disappointed. We went on Thursday, May 21st, and the restaurant was freezing; we had to keep our jackets on all night. The service was also quite slow. When we asked about the wines, the waiter simply told us they didn't have Carmenere and couldn't explain or recommend any, which is surprising considering it's a wine-focused restaurant. The appetizers left much to be desired for the price. The tacos were too small, and the cheese platter was frankly nothing special; it could have easily been a regular Gouda or Monterey Jack cheese. I repeat: for the price, it's not worth it. They also didn't clear the dirty plates from the appetizers, so the table was messy for most of the meal. The main courses took ages to arrive, and my pasta was cold. I had to ask them to heat it up. Again, the portions were very small for what they charge. They also told us the ribs and the meat weren't anything special. We ended up disappointed and hungry, so we went to get a hot dog instead. And worst of all: the bill was incredibly expensive for the experience they offered.

A great atmosphere for conversation and enjoying suitable music.

Excellent flavors and a very good dining experience. The catch of the day with bonito was superbly seasoned. The drinks were exquisite, the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent—very attentive. One minor issue was the desserts; they need improvement. The chocolate mousse didn't seem like chocolate, and not everything can be fixed with a little ice cream on a plate. I will return.

The food was great value for money and very tasty. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were also excellent. They also have wines from emerging vineyards, which are very good. The only thing they could improve is the desserts; the food is very good, but the quality of the desserts is lacking. We ordered a chocolate mousse, and it didn't taste or have the texture of mousse. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the service is excellent.

The "pichanga corazón" (a mixed platter of fried plantains) was almost a joke. The "sopaipillas rellenas" (stuffed sopaipillas) were five cocktail empanadas filled with sopaipilla dough. The service was slow. The only redeeming feature was the atmosphere.
