Restaurant La Concepción

The food was delicious and served promptly, hot, and with fresh ingredients. The service from all the waiters was also excellent; they were always very friendly and attentive. Plus, the view from the restaurant is incredible. It's a highly recommended spot if you're visiting Valparaíso, especially since there are many beautiful places to explore and enjoy while walking around the area. It's definitely worth a visit!

The food was delicious. The service was impeccable. The view is the best part. The crab cake is highly recommended.

The experience was bad. Before ordering, I asked if the grill was for four people, and they lied to us; it wasn't a grill, it was just bread. Also, the strawberry juice was strong but watery and overly sweet. I don't recommend this restaurant.

I had the scallops with cheese and the sautéed albacore tuna (with risotto). I went at lunchtime and I recommend it because you can see the sea and the town from there. The staff were also very friendly. The dessert wasn't too sweet, was just the right size, and had some unique Chilean touches like cherimoya ice cream, which was great. I went early on a Saturday so I was able to get a table on the terrace without a reservation, but all the other tables were reserved, so it might be better to make a reservation.

Bad experience. We booked in advance, arrived and everything was fine at first, but then the experience steadily declined. The service was slow, the risotto was bad—undercooked, I couldn't eat it. They apologized for forgetting the dish and offered compensation, but nothing arrived. Furthermore, when we cleared the table, they didn't even notice the uneaten plate. At least a little courtesy would have been appreciated. I won't be back. Overrated; I've been to better places for the same price.

A very good experience. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and a varied menu. I tried the fish with sides, and it was perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and fresh. The service was attentive, and the wait times were reasonable, even when it was busy. I would definitely return on my next visit to Valparaíso.

Lovely Restaurant with Terrace, overlooking ocean. They had the freshest ingredients for the dish. Everything tasted wonderful. Just the minor issue to mention based on my personal experience was that we were seated very close to the smokers who lit the lighter very frequently. Though I understand how wonderful it is to enjoy meal and smoke cigarettes can be wonderful moment with them but it was very unpleasant experience for someone with allergy. Nonetheless I would go back to the restaurant when I am back in Chile, and perhaps to see indoor. The service was great.

The dishes we ordered were a pleasant surprise. The place was quiet and the service was good. I highly recommend it.
