Casa Quinta Hotel

The only redeeming feature is the location. We booked a family room for four people through Booking.com, but it only fit three. They split us into two rooms and, of course, raised the price. The rooms were quite cramped, the towels were in very poor condition (torn), the sheets were stained, the bathrooms were too small, and there was a leak in the shower. The location is excellent, and if they invested a little in replacing the worn items and making it cleaner, it would surely be more comfortable and pleasant. Booking.com stated that breakfast was included, but it wasn't. In short, I don't recommend it.

…never go there. I was drugged with scopolamine at Duo Café near this property, and the case is already with the Attorney General's Office. Furthermore, the owner, Edgar Alberto Corredor, said my suitcases were stolen. I had sent someone to pick them up myself, knowing I was receiving medical treatment at the Santa Clara Hospital in Bogotá, where I was after being drugged at Duo Café in this area. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, not even on the horrible people who did this to me, nor on the other bad people who were here, who didn't keep my suitcases safe…

The residence next door has better service, better customer service, and a better location.

A hotel with very poor cleaning service; they don't clean the rooms, change the sheets or towels, and the blankets are all dirty.

A place where at 12 AM (in the middle of the night) (January 24th) they let a vallenato band play for half an hour. Without caring about the other guests. Terrible. The rooms were clean, but they had little respect for the customers. I'm nervous and had a horrible panic attack. But that didn't matter to the staff. Even though other guests complained.

It's located in the center of Bogotá, very central, the hotel staff are very friendly, the lunch service is highly recommended, a very welcoming place.

I don't recommend this hotel. The rooms arrived with stained sheets, the beds creak and are very hard, and the noise is unbearable (both from inside and outside). The location is decent, although it's unsafe at night due to the lack of lighting. But the worst part is that the staff is extremely rude.

The bathroom has many water leaks; the floor is always flooded. But the worst and most unforgivable thing is that the beds have bed bugs. It's infested with them. Do not stay here.
