Great atmosphere, a very pleasant place, but the noise level was excessive! The music was distorted; how could they let it get to that point? Neither the staff nor the DJ seemed to notice... What a shame!

Good atmosphere, reasonable prices. Friendly waiters. Two things to improve: the sound is incredibly loud; please check the permitted limit—we left feeling overwhelmed. Second, play more modern music.

On January 2nd, an unexpected power outage occurred at this establishment. We had only been there for 20 minutes and waited an hour for it to be resolved. No one from the staff offered any information or an apology for the incident. To make matters worse, upon leaving, they demanded a receipt or proof of payment for our meal before letting us go, instead of having a waiter present to avoid making the situation worse and to verify that our table had paid its bill.

Bad experience at this place. We had been there for 20 minutes when the power went out for an hour and they didn't fix it. Neither the waiters nor the managers said a word at that moment. To top it all off, they asked for our receipt when we left, without offering any explanation for the problem. Terrible service.
