Very good hotel, very good location, very friendly staff, I would stay again when I return to Cartagena.

Everything was excellent, the pool needs more attention but overall everything was excellent

We are very pleased and happy. Great place, excellent location, and above all, the warmth of all the staff. We leave with smiles on our faces and very grateful. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The breakfast is spectacular. The pool is lovely with a beautiful view of the city. Thank you very much.

This is truly one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in across 24 countries. My boyfriend compared it to going on a Disney Cruise because the staff make sure to know your names, what room you are in, and are always checking up on you to make sure you have what you need. Amenities: The pool is incredible and the amazing view provides some amazing pictures. I personally didn't check out the fitness center, but my mom did and said it was great. The pool bar also had some also food and you have to try the caramel brownie sundae it is DELICIOUS! There is also a doorman who is amazing and literally makes sure you never touch the door on your way out or in. Breakfast: Breakfast is complimentary and is delicious. There is a menu with things like mini waffles (you must try with chocolate drizzle!), avocado toast with fried egg and tomato, and many other options. There is also a buffet which changes daily with a variety of fruits, ham and cheeses, potatoes, sausage, cereal, yogurts, and more. Worth staying here just for the breakfast and the ease that comes with not having to go out searching for food first thing in the morning. Location: Best location you could ask for in the Walled City. It is only a 6 minute walk from the clock tower and there are some incredible restaurants right on the same street as the hotel. Uber's will come pick you up straight at the front door or the hotel will even call you one and they guarantee they will be there within 5 minutes. Staff: The staff as I mentioned were all incredible, but I have to shout out two specific staff members: Pomponio and Luis Alfonso. They were so incredible and always made it a priority to check on us, solve any issues we had, and they both always had a huge smile on their faces.

Amazing hotel, and even more amazing staff. Greetings to Ivan, who remembered after our first conversation that I support Bayern Munich and congratulated me the day after winning the game. It’s these details that make the difference! Breakfast was very good, Pool is not extremely large but clean and nice (could use some more shadow spots), and the room was nice, too. Location is amazing you’re right in the center but it’s still quiet and safe!

Service is great. They really make an effort to make you feel valued. However, it is clear that the best days of this hotel is over, and it soon needs reinventing. The pool, although a nice view, looks terrible. The water is not clear and I did not go in. There are several birds, including vultures that hang around the pool using it as a bird bath, drinking fountain and toilet. Also there is a lot of discolouring. The breakfast is basic at best. The gym is not in a good state. If you book because of the gym, you will be disappointed. The rooms are nice but just small things don’t work like all the taps are leaky, the AC (although it was at 18 degrees Celsius) was not functioning properly. However, again, I want to point out that the staff is wonderful. So welcoming and made it feel personal. So, thank you to Harold and Alfonso.

I was robbed. I forgot my passport with $200 USD in it, and when I went to get it back, they returned it without the money. Never go to this hotel.

Unparalleled location, everything within walking distance. Rooftop pool with a splendid view. Breakfast is also varied and plentiful. The only drawback is that some rooms face a wall.
