The service is top-notch, the staff are very friendly, kind, and welcoming. It might be a little dated, but that adds to its charm. Ideal for those seeking a good price.

Fabulous is great

Avoid this place at any cost. The guy with the mustache at the front desk is disgusting. He tried to scam me by adding extra costs that weren't included in the initial offering. These additional costs could only be paid in cash, as I was paying by card. Rooms are not clean and they smell like bug spray. We left after 3 hours because my partner started having nausea. Again, the guy with the mustache couldn't care less. The location I horrible. Downtown Asuncion is dirty and not safe at all. A guy in front of the hotel was asking me for money to take care of my car. Otherwise, he won’t be responsible for anything that could happen to my car. We ran away from that area as soon as my partner felt better. We went to another hotel away from downtown Asuncion. Please do not stay here or at any hotel in that area.

I thought it was a good hotel; the reception staff was always friendly and attentive. The rooms are very large and have a mini-fridge, closet, wardrobe, table, and chairs, which are a bit outdated but clean and functional. None of my belongings ever went missing. There is hot water, the Wi-Fi signal was good, the breakfast is basic, and the terrace area is nice. I felt safe since I was traveling alone. The staff always gave me directions and helped me with any questions I had about getting around. It's centrally located; supermarkets and tourist attractions like the Pantheon of Heroes and the López Palace are just a few blocks away.

They tell you they charge in guaraníes and dollars. And when you pay, they don't have any change. After complaining for two days, they try to give you stained and torn bills. The breakfast is a disgrace. There's no one to ask for anything you're missing. All the thermoses are broken. The parking lot is disgusting; it's a garbage dump. I absolutely do not recommend going to this place.

Horrible, rooms full of dust and hair, the bathrooms were awful, the food was disgusting and everything was rotten.

I never imagined paying for a hotel and NOT being able to shower because there was no hot water. Having to wait an hour for the water to run, having to redress and ask the guy at the front desk to fix it for me, wasting so much time just to do the BASIC thing you come here to do: shower. When the water finally came out, it was trickles that sprayed everywhere except your body. It was impossible; I'd never experienced anything like that, and I only stayed one night (luckily). The only thing that saved this place was the excellent service from the man who works there, as well as the woman on the other shift. Both were very friendly and, with what they had, tried to solve the problem. That's greatly appreciated. But the hotel and the facilities were TERRIBLE. A decent shower is the MINIMUM one expects.

The rooms and location were very good. Be careful with your vehicles. Our car was stolen and no one from the hotel notified us, nor did they take responsibility. The car was parked right in front of the hotel.
