Hotel Hacienda Puno

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The pros are its proximity to the city center, the reliable Wi-Fi, and the varied breakfast. The cons are: the rooms and hotel amenities are outdated (the furniture and carpets are old), and some rooms have no view as they overlook the interior patio. Avoid rooms on the 5th floor as you will be woken up as early as 5:00 AM by people having breakfast on the 6th floor.

Superb location, wonderful old style hotel with central staircase and many character features. Rooms are large with comfy beds. Shower and bath tub with excellent water pressure. Very good buffet breakfast. Some street treet noise and as we were opposite the lift and just below the dining room plenty of indoor traffic too. But all in all a very good 2 night stay.

I find it absurd that checkout is at 10 am. I think it's an abuse and a lack of empathy. For this reason alone, I would never recommend them.

There's a lot of noise at night, making it very difficult to sleep. We can hear all the noises from the hallways in our room. There's no hot water in the shower, or you get burned because it's too hot. It's very unpleasant to take a shower. I had some laundry done by the hotel, but I'm missing a pair of pants. The hotel is completely disclaiming all responsibility for this incident. Do not entrust your belongings to this establishment.

3 star hotel which looked really great in the town environment. It was a great place to stay, probably one of the best spots in town. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent but the restaurant for the dinner was extordinary. I can highly recommend that place and would love to be back there.

The hotel deserves everything; the service and food were excellent. I can say it's the best I've stayed at so far.

This hotel doesn’t have heating in the room , old furniture old carpet and old bathtub . they have coffee machine at the lobby and it’s 10 sol for a small cup I thought it’s ridiculous. We got stuck at night outside so I didn’t had time to look for hotel. Location is great and also the staff I will not come back

It's close to the city center and everything is within walking distance. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and I was able to enjoy a delicious breakfast every day. The staff were also very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a heater, but it takes a while for the room to heat up.
