It is a mainstream property tagged gay-friendly, not a gay venue, and holds a 4.3 rating on Google from about 460 reviews. The hotel's main online presence is Instagram, so that is the place to check rates and contact details, and to confirm the booking directly. Power cuts and water interruptions can affect Maracaibo, so ask what backup the property has. Visitors should follow current travel advisories for Venezuela and use arranged transport rather than street taxis.
