We had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The hospitality we received throughout our stay was exceptional and made us feel right at home. A special shout-out to the wonderful kitchen staff, especially Christine, who was always friendly, attentive, and ensured we had a great dining experience. We would also like to recognize the fantastic front desk team—Mohammed and Tahira were absolutely awesome! They were professional, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. Their kindness and outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable vacation experience!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it was a great experience. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. I'd especially like to give a shout out to Tahira, who was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on her face. I was there this year to host a walk, which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the excessive amount of rain. We travel from Ontario to host this event, and once we realized it wasn't going to be feasible to hold it outdoors, we asked the hotel if we could invite our participants to use their breakfast area so we could still meet and connect with them. They very generously said yes and even provided coffee and tea for everyone! We are so grateful for their kindness and generosity. The staff working in the breakfast area also went out of their way to make sure everything was clean, organized, and ready before our participants arrived. The rooms are clean, and comfortable, the staff are amazing, and the location is great. They truly went above and beyond for us, and we would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone.

I found my new home away from home! I travel to the city often for medical, and have tried many different spots. This one checks all the boxes, Tahira was awesome at check in, as was every staff member I encountered. Room was beautiful, jacuzzi tub was amazing! The (free) underground parking was an added bonus! Will definitely be back!

Parking is kinda of a pain.... Besides that, room is clean, bathroom clean, super friendly staff.

Holiday Inn Express is a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The beds are soft and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast is your standard continental breakfast but done well. There is a waffle station, bread, cereal, juice, eggs, yogurt, and pastries. Service is quick, and breakfast is available from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM. The facilities are excellent. There is a well-equipped gym, a game room, a large lobby, and a nice pool area. Underground parking is easy to access and feels safe and secure during your stay.

There was in incident with my room not being clean. They gave me a new room right away, which had zero issues, and provided a courtesy call the next morning to make sure I was happy. Customer service was amazing.
