Best fish and chips in Nanaimo! Great deal on Tuesdays - generous portions, delicious coleslaw with no onions, seafood chowder with no pig (bacon has no place in a seafood dish), fast, friendly service. Have driven by here many times and glad we finally stopped in to try it. Best price for the portions too.

Stay far, far away! Walking into this place was like stepping into a biological hazard zone. The odor of that so called fish could wake the dead, and the fries were soggy, greasy messes. The first bite of that halibut made me question reality itself. Do yourself a favor and save your stomach from this absolute disaster!

The seafood was delicious, and the light, crispy batter was exceptional. The fries were perfectly crispy and delicious.

Had the spicy chicken and the wife had the fish and chips. All spot on. Fresh cooked so you have to sit for 20 but well worth the wait.

Great fish and chips for a decent price! May have to wait a bit to get it though, waited 20 mins but was quite busy.

Ordered our food and we suspected that the staff got our order wrong so we asked for the receipt to double check. The staff said it's in the back and didn't give it to us so we went over the order with them again. Then after we got our food it was wrong and instead of apologizing they argued with us and said we were wrong. Food was fine, place was clean but wouldn't go back again.

Ordered delivery for dinner tonight, first time trying. Portions were huge, hot and delicious! We had single piece halibut combo and chicken finger combo. I can't express enough how happy we were with this experience, will definitely order again! Ate half the large piece of halibut and had another slightly smaller piece as well. Coleslaw was perfectly seasoned and shared with my hubby. So grateful for the sufficient amount of homemade tartar sauce 🙏🏼
