Me and my wife stayed here, we had an excellent nights sleep, bed was comfortable, excellent service. Definitely recommended, we will be coming back

We were here in 2023. Absolutely disgusting, awful hotel! Don't go here, you'll get sick.

best hotel with excellent management

Booked a room paid £78.04 not the £52 as advertised! To not be let in doors shut rang both numbers on the door apple to the same person who said no then hung up ! Spoke to Mel from custom support who I booked with who also to me none refundable then hung up on the streets tonight with bags in tow reported to the bank for fraud! Would recommend anyone to avoid at all cost had to give 1 star as you can't give 0 !

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were modern. Bathroom clean. Beds comfortable. Cobwebs in the corners of room. Food from previous guest was left in cupboards. Floor not hoovered. Surfaces dusty. Bathroom door had clearly been punched as a big hole in it. Shower had one temperature, extremely hot and couldnt be changed, only turned on and off. Tissues and wrappers were tucked behind bedside tables. Overall, what we needed was a bed for the night and thats what we got. Cheap for a reason. Won't be staying here again.

Stayed for 1 night, the gentleman on desk was nice enough show me how front door works, then showed me to room which had both windows open so room was freezing, he did shut them, then just climbed into bed and same guy burst into door then said sorry wrong room, made me scared to sleep, l put lock on before, very disappointed

Worst customer care services iv delt with as my daughter has to have an op so I cant travel iv sent loads off emails but they have ignored them

Whatever the place lacks in modernity it makes up for in customer service. Thank you for making my stay warm and welcoming.

Great hotel. Very Friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay here.
