Visited this new gym for the first time and absolutely loved my experience. Everyone at the gym so was super nice and supportive, especially when I didn’t know how to use a machine. Clean gym, small classes and great for seasoned gym goers or newbies like me!

Love coming here! The equipment is all brand new and perfect for weight training (no cardio overload, which I appreciate). Everything feels clean, organized, and designed for getting the best workout. The trainers are amazing — knowledgeable, encouraging, and really focused on form and helping you get stronger safely. The whole vibe just pushes you to level up.

This is a wonderful gym for working professionals downtown. Great aesthetic, and capacity controls solve the problem of wait times. It’s a fantastic price point for access to machines that I’ve heard they imported from Europe - talk about class!

Best gym in Toronto! The vibes and equipment are unmatched

Great vibe and a huge selection of quality equipment and no crowds. You do have to book your timeslot which on the one hand can be inconvenient but therefore there are never any crowds and it also keeps you committed.

The cellar is by far the best gym in Toronto. High end machines and equipment. For the girlies who want more privacy while using the glute kickback machine and adductor machines- they’re strategically placed against a wall. It feels safe to go as hard and focus on the form and technique without having to worry about wandering eyes like you would at a commercial gym. This gym was built for those who are serious about their gains. The whole experience was 10/10. Highly recommend for the girlies and everyone else who’d rather skip crowded gyms in general.

Absolutely love this gym! The limited capacity makes such a huge difference — it never feels overcrowded and you can actually enjoy your workout without waiting for equipment. The space feels clean, safe, and welcoming, especially for women who want a comfortable environment to train in.
