Really pleasant stay, apartment was nice, clean and staff welcoming and very helpful! A great experience!

This hotel is in a wonderful location downtown. The room was spacious, and it felt like you were staying in an apartment, which was a nice feature. The staff were very friendly and helped us figure out the door codes, and many popular spots in the downtown region are walking distance!

We enjoyed our stay! The property is well-maintained, and the rooms are clean. The friendly staff went out of their way to get us an early check-in after we disembarked from our cruise ship. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Stanley Park and Vancouver Aquarium are only a few miles away. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Good place. Very convenient. Worth to stay for short time. Parking is not as convenient as you think. Confusing for you if it’s first time. I had to call the customer Service to find the Access please To get in. Again it’s good for the rate.

Pretty terrible and prob wouldn’t recommend at least for the price I paid. I paid around 400 cad per night on the room, the room was mediocre, it provided basically very little utility (no bottled water, no flip flop). The bedding was bad. Mattress feels crushed on one side. Air condition was terrible and loud. There’s no daily cleaning service, it honestly feels like a nicer motel than a proper hotel. I booked for three nights and ended up check out after 2nd night and booked elsewhere.

Fantastic property and staff. We arrived and tried to check in only to find I had made our booking for 2027... lol. Unfortunately didnt catch the name of the lovely gentleman who helped me at front desk to resolve the situation, he was very accomodating to my stupidity. Luckily they had a room available for us!

Ideal location, friendly service, and adequate room for three of us on a long weekend trip! Reasonably priced. Would stay again.

I overnighted at the Sunset so I could enjoy some Vancouver night life without worrying about driving. Just a 15 minute walk to the Roxy Cabaret - so fun! And a 7 minute Uber ride home :) Staff was so nice and accommodating. I was able to leave my car for extended times and walk around the city. It was great to have the kitchenette. I stocked the fridge and had dinner and breakfast in my hotel suite. Then a walk down to beautiful English Bay in the morning before leaving the city. Spectacular!

My husband and I just completed a 4 night stay at The Sunset Hotel West End. We were very pleased with the entire experience - the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the location could not be beat. We would absolutely stay here again if we are back in Vancouver!

All staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Rooms are well equipped . Hotel well placed to explore Sunset Beach, English Bay and Granville Island.
