Palm Heights

Our new favorite hotel in Grand Cayman. The rooms are lovely, concrete floors and woven rugs. Full bar with multiple refrigerators and snacks. We have a nice one bedroom suite with large living area, a partial view of the beach and private pool. The bathroom is huge with king sized bath tub and a shower large enough for several people (beware of slick marble floor there). Serviced twice a day. Great food choices. Pristine beach with lots of ocean toys that you can enjoy, reserved covered beach chairs, snorkeling and other classes. Full spa. Perfect calm and crystal clear water for beach vacations for the little one. Paradise dining at Tillies. We loved it!

Great place, totally inadequate parking.

My family has recently returned from a stay at Palm Heights for our fifth visit at that property. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has fantastic amenities. However the key to Palm Heights being such an amazing place to stay is the staff. Every time we have been there, the Palm Heights team has been friendly and incredibly helpful. On this trip we were celebrating a family member’s accomplishment. The desk group worked with me extensively before our trip to arrange meal reservations, spa treatments and a surprise to be in our room upon arrival. Throughout our stay we worked with Luz, who was incredibly helpful and professional in making our trip everything that it could be. Additionally, we have come to know some of the team that works so hard on the beach delivering the luxury of eating sushi from our beach chairs. Victor, Shary and Hassan took great care of the family and allowed for a truly relaxing vacation. We highly recommend Tilly’s, especially on the Burgers and Bubbles night. The food is great and there is nothing better watching the sun set in Cayman while having dinner. The restaurant also has a humidor so we had the opportunity to have cigars on the beach after dinner. Our waiter, Francesco, was a fantastic guide through our meals. My wife and daughter took one day to spend at the spa and loved the experience. My wife would recommend the masseuse Santochi, who provided one of the best massages she has ever had. You will love the property, the amenities and the beach but it is the staff that keeps us returning. We highly recommend this property.

Very luxurious, incredible stay with the most courteous staff!

Wowowowowow. I don’t often write reviews but I was truly blown away by my experience at Palm Heights. Make sure you also go to sting ray city and go jet skiing! Hands down best staff Ive ever met at a hotel. They go backwards and beyond for each guest. Very special place. Thank you 💛

My gosh, this hotel has EVERYTHING. Anyone giving it below 5 stars needs to come back to earth. The staff is incredible and so on top of everything. Frank is hugging and giving knucks to guests coming in, high fiving kids and remembering guests’ names. Big smile from the staff every single time we walked in and out. The gym…omg the gym. My absolute dream gym (I own gyms and I have been a trainer a long time) this had almost everything and was so fun being able to train inside and outside. Then to immediately throw a bikini on and go cold plunge / sauna?! Are you kidding?? We spent 3 days straight here and have never felt so relaxed. The hotel has a super awesome speakeasy with another hidden dancing room inside! Also the beach is just beautiful and service is top notch. I know people coming here have a lot of money and are probably overly privileged where any little thing that is off makes them leave a 1 star review. But they are bananas and to stay anywhere else on this island would be a mistake. I hope I can come back here every year and any other vacation has a lot to live up to. Btw, please go outside of 7 mile beach and eat at local restaurants Tukka West, Peppers, and Macabuca/Cracked Conch. Incredible.

This is hands down the best place to stay on the island.

Our family has been fortunate enough to travel to many incredible destinations, but nothing compares to the experience we had at Palm Heights. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this would be something special. Traveling with my wife and our five-year-old daughter, we’re always mindful of comfort and hospitality and Palm Heights exceeded every expectation. The property itself is stunning. The beach is pristine, the hotel is beautifully designed, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated. But what truly made this trip unforgettable wasn’t just the setting it was the people. Every single member of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team, delivered exceptional service with genuine warmth. You can feel that they truly care about their guests. And then there was G. G went above and beyond in a way that’s hard to put into words. From the very first day, G greeted us at the beach with an energy and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. Every morning, G welcomed us like family always with a smile, a laugh, and an eagerness to make our day even better. The level of attentiveness, positivity, and care G showed us was simply extraordinary. Alongside G, Tyrell and Hassan were also absolutely incredible! Consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible. This four-day trip turned into one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever had, and it’s all thanks to the remarkable team at Palm Heights. The beauty of the hotel may draw you in, but it’s the people who will make you never want to leave!

What an experience, Just finished a five day stay in an ocean view suite. This property is for people that know how to love life. So relaxing and beautiful. My stay at The Palm Heights Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The customer service is truly impeccable every staff member I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my experience memorable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and I loved that they turned the bed down each night and refreshed the sheets daily. Waking up to a stunning ocean view and being able to step right outside to the shoreline made the stay even more magical. Everything about my experience was beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully curated. I highly recommend The Palm Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, care, and a breathtaking escape.

We had a wonderful vacation in the Cayman Islands and stayed at Palm Heights for four nights. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous — very Instagram-worthy with lush greenery, stunning decor, and a beach that truly takes your breath away. Every inch of the resort feels intentional and picture-perfect. The Pros: Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. Housekeeping was 10/10, and the view from our balcony was incredible — large enough to sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery. The food across all restaurants was amazing, and Friday pizza night was especially fun and worth checking out. We also loved that the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful — no kids running around, which was exactly what we wanted for a relaxing, adults-focused getaway. The Cons: For the price, we expected more in terms of service and guest experience. Our arrival was disappointing — even though the hotel knew our flight time, we waited six hours for our room to be ready with no welcome tour or guidance on amenities. We had to explore the property on our own. A big letdown was the gym and spa, which we specifically chose this resort for. These facilities are open to locals with memberships, meaning it’s not exclusive to guests. It was overcrowded, and getting into workout classes or finding space to relax was frustrating. The resort pool was another downside — it’s purely decorative. Muggy, uninviting, and not something anyone actually swam in during our stay. If you’re looking for a resort-style pool with beautiful views, you’d be better off at The Ritz or The Kimpton, which we toured later and honestly wished we had booked instead (especially since the rates were similar). And finally, the beach chairs situation was rough. The beach is gorgeous, but there just aren’t enough chairs. We only managed to get lounge chairs one day out of our entire stay. Beach attendants said it was first come, first served, but it was clear that returning locals or regulars got priority. Overall, Palm Heights is a visually stunning property and perfect if your main goal is aesthetic beauty and quiet relaxation. But if you expect 5-star service, attention to detail, or exclusive amenities, it falls short.
