I came here with my husband for lunch, and as a picky eater, I can honestly say I WILL be back! From the moment we arrived, the service was incredibly fast, friendly, and attentive. The food came out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was full of flavor, and it’s not easy to impress me when it comes to food, so that says a lot. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, making the whole experience even better. We both left happy, full, and already talking about what we want to try next time. Highly recommend this place for a great lunch experience!

I had the jerk chicken sandwich and my wife had the chicken quesadillas. Both were very good! We definitely recommend this place.

The food was not good at all. Ordered shrimp it came and appeared to be shrimp cocktail covered in BBQ sauce.

We got the conch fritters as an app, the ox tail fish and jerk pork, all were too notch! The jerk seasoning was great, not overwhelming or overly spicy at all, and the sauce for the ox tail was perfect. This is a great place that the locals also frequent. We'll definitely be back again!

My review is for foreigners only. Coffee was like hot tea, the swordfish was like a hockey puck and almost as hard. Even the scrambled eggs were questionable. No prices on menu.. but we went early, around 8am so maybe that is the reason… but the locals swear by it! I swear I will stay away

At the time most of the items we wanted were not available. The food was ok but it took forever.

I went to Alfresco’s with my husband per the recommendation of a friendly employee at the Turtle Sanctuary. I had asked him for dinner recommendations of “where the locals would eat” and he said he knew just the place. WOW, this recommendation did not disappoint. We went in February and still talk about the Caribbean lobster curry and the Cayman style lobster. It was unbelievably good.

Most of the time around Lunch time the phone line is constantly busy, when I got through and ask what's on the menu I was put on hold while I hear all the orders being dealt with then they hang up the phone. Attempted to call and line is continuously busy. Whilst we can appreciate the busy lunch hour, then things should be implemented to help with the rush hour I. E. Wattsap orders or email orders. Staff should be mindful of how they operate the phone calls in a polite manner.
