Hotel Real InterContinental Tegucigalpa

My experience at the Intercontinental Hotel was spectacular!!! Thanks to the staff and all the collaborators...

We only went to the bar area, which was a bit quiet, as always, this hotel deserves all the stars it gets.

A disaster. It's not up to the standard of the prestigious international brand INTERCONTINENTAL. It's the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel of that supposed category. From the reception staff, who were rude and unqualified for this chain, to the hotel itself, which felt completely uninviting compared to my experience here eight years ago, to the breakfast, which was utterly appalling—dirty, with a very poor selection and preparation. A truly awful breakfast of very low quality. I believe it's poorly managed and run, as a good manager shouldn't miss these kinds of mistakes. It's a disgrace to the chain's international reputation. I will forward my comments to the chain's management.

I stayed at the Real InterContinental Tegucigalpa Hotel for work, and the experience has been excellent since my arrival. The check-in process was quick, and the staff was always friendly and professional. The room is very well maintained, spacious, comfortable, and quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep after a long day. The bed is very comfortable, and the cleanliness has been impeccable throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages is its location. It's connected to Multiplaza Tegucigalpa, making it very convenient to have walking access to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and shops without needing transportation. The common areas have an elegant and well-maintained atmosphere, and I felt safe at all times within the hotel and its surroundings. If you're traveling for business, it's definitely one of the best options in the city. I would certainly stay here again on my next visit to Tegucigalpa.
