Inn Adults Only Hotel

This hotel has consistently worked well for me thanks to its convenient location and easy access. The customer service has always been exceptional, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The gym is small, so if you’re serious about working out, you may prefer visiting a full gym nearby (There are plenty options). I’ve stayed here multiple times for both work and family trips, and the experience has been positive every time. The breakfast options are better than many other Holiday Inn Express locations I’ve visited in the U.S. and abroad. Overall, it’s a reliable and enjoyable place to stay in Ensenada.

I had a minor issue at the beginning of my stay: the bathroom in my room wasn't up to standard. I called reception, and the response was immediate—they moved me to another room without delay and sent a complimentary room service. That more than resolved the matter. What truly surprised me was what came next: four days later, the hotel contacted me to offer a complimentary two-night stay and bonus points in the IHG loyalty program. No one asked me to; they initiated it. This speaks volumes about the level of commitment this team has to its guests. A well-handled problem tells you much more about a hotel than a perfect stay. I highly recommend it—especially if you value staff who resolve any issues quickly, warmly, and without excuses.
