Super nice service and always available. The bathroom was soooo nice especially the mirror light was perfect for doing your make up.

My family and I stayed here while visiting CDMX. The location is perfect! The rooms and facilities were great, spotless, and our stay was very comfortable. The staff all were so kind, and there is a 24 hour front desk. Unfortunately my Spanish is poor, but if we had any questions, we were able to use Google translate to communicate. As others have mentioned noises can be heard easily through the walls, however they provide ear plugs. Even without them, we had no trouble sleeping through the night. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would stay there again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This hotel is terrible. There is so much noise from the street, neighbors, etc. The neighbors party every weekend until 3 am with loud music and shouting, and you can hear everything. The noise from the street is ridiculous, there is zero soundproofing and the earplugs they provide don’t work. The people who clean the rooms steal, we had to keep everything locked in the safe because someone stole my earrings. Staff was very unhelpful when I told them about the problem. Also, housekeeping comes by very late, so your room often isn’t clean by 5-6 pm. The security is also very bad. The passwords to the rooms are all the same, meaning anyone can get into anyone else’s room. This was very nerve-wracking for us. The keypads are also extremely loud and disturbing. Beyond the stealing from staff, we were nervous that other residents could come into our room. Also, you can’t open the front door by yourself, and sometimes there is no one there to open it, leaving you standing in the street. There was also a power outage for about an hour. The hotel said nothing and did not offer to compensate us. The fragrance from the lobby is overpowering. There is shampoo and conditioner, but no soap in the bathrooms. They provide two tiny bottles of water, we had to supplement it ourselves every day. I would never stay here, and seriously discourage anyone thinking about it.
