Such a nice hotel safety privacy

It has a great location. The rooms are fine, clean, and have the basics. The only issue is the electrical outlets, which, as I'd read in other reviews, are far away. At least in my room, they were located near the floor, behind the entrance and bathroom doors, not near a table or bed. Another thing is that I could only watch the regular TV programming. I wanted to use YouTube, since it's an app I use a lot for entertainment and to listen to music, but it wasn't available on the Roku TV. It asked for a code to install it, so I tried calling reception to see if it could be installed, and they told me it wasn't possible. But since I wasn't going to be there most of the time, it wasn't a big problem. They have staff available at all hours, even in the early morning, to pick up your keys, and the cleaning ladies are very friendly.

A very good hotel to spend the night after a party. Every time I go, the room is clean, the service is good, and best of all, the parking is secure.

I had a terrible experience. I was expecting a simple but comfortable room to rest in. The mattress was uncomfortable, there was no air conditioning or fan, just a very loose outlet, the walls were dirty, there was no partition between the shower and toilet, and the water kept pooling. But the most annoying thing was the bathroom window, which offered a clear view into other rooms (from the shower side) – zero privacy! I absolutely do not recommend it. It has a good location, but the service is awful. I had to change to another hotel.

The rooms are clean in terms of bedding and floors, but unfortunately the bathrooms have mold. The price is affordable and it's well-located near the IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), with plenty of restaurants nearby. The downside is that they also rent it out for escort services, and at night it's uncomfortable to hear all their staged noise. Obviously, if you're traveling with family (children), I wouldn't stay there out of respect for my kids. It's a good option if you're just passing through, running errands, etc. Overall, it's a 3-4 star hotel.

FULL OF COCKROACHES, TERRIBLE SERVICE, THEY BLAME YOU FOR THE COCKROACHES, THEY REFUSE ANY ATTENTION EVEN WHEN YOU'RE JUST GOING THERE TO HAVE A PLEASANT TIME, AND ON TOP OF THAT, WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY THREATEN TO SEND A POLICE CAR TO YOU, DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. It's terrible. They open the door knowing you're there and then they rob you. I should also mention that I told the receptionist about the cockroaches and that I needed a room change or a half refund because I was only there for three hours before I saw everything. The guy said no, it was impossible, and that if I wanted, I could leave. He went up to the room and since he didn't see anything, it was all just hearsay. He even went so far as to call the police to have me removed because he was desperate because I kept asking for another room. The service was awful. Go to another hotel; don't waste your time there.

The room had cockroaches. I went to reception to tell them, and the manager treated me like I was crazy for telling the truth. They assured me they comply with hygiene standards and everything else, but I had taken photos and even had them go to the room to see the two I had killed. There were more in the bathroom. The service was terrible, and they were very rude when I asked for a refund. They told me that since I had booked through a platform, they didn't have the money and that I could do whatever I wanted. I should have read the reviews from other people who had the same experience to avoid this situation at 2 a.m.
