Numero Uno Beach House

Very disappointed with our experience. We were told that the beach chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, and bar service were only available to hotel guests and that day visitors could not access those amenities. However, while we were there, another group sitting directly beside us told us they had been there all day using the chairs, umbrellas, and receiving drink service despite not staying at the hotel. The inconsistency was frustrating and made us feel like we were being treated differently. We came prepared to spend money, enjoy the amenities, and were even considering staying at the hotel on a future trip. Unfortunately, this experience changed our perception completely. If policies exist, they should be applied consistently to all guests. The lack of fairness and customer service left a very negative impression.

Best place to relax and having a great view

We didn’t stay here, but we dropped by to grab a drink and refresh after our flight. The girls working were so so kind, they let us use the restroom, had such great recommendations for the rest of our trip, and gave us tasters of the Barrilito rum! 10/10 service

An incredible and truly unique place. The location is spectacular, with a paradise beach that makes the experience even more special. In four days, we managed to order almost every dish on the menu… each one more delicious than the last! My congratulations to the Chef for the level and quality of each culinary creation. Furthermore, Noemí and Paola's service was excellent; they were always attentive and incredibly kind. I highly recommend this hotel. However, you should book well in advance because it's not easy to get a room. Without a doubt, a place you'll want to return to.

On the beach bar service and is a very quaint spot

We loved it here! Cute little boutique hotel with simple but clean rooms. Beach location cannot be beat and staff are so wonderful. We stayed for 5 nights and got the breakfast included option — highly recommend this place!

we ended our honeymoon at número uno, and we wished we would have spent more time here! It is a little hard to find, but it is a hidden gem with a green door at the very end of the street. We buzzed in and were immediately greeted and welcomed back to their magical space. This is a very old house, so each room has its own key. Our room was spacious, cool, and clean. We had our own bathroom and shower. We got drinks and fish tacos from the bar and enjoyed them with the best view in the world. The beach located in numero unos back yard does not look real. We met several lovely people as everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. We hope to be back soon!

My 4th stay at Hotel, Great location, Great beach Chases , the beach staff and restaurant staff great. Don’t ask any extras, getting extra beach towels and room towels was a big no a few days, house keeping was hit and miss with cleaning up room. Great location. Great value.

Highly recommend this hotel. It’s literally on the beach and super close many restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and spacious. The A/C was amazing. Noemi from the hotel was fantastic. She made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. This was our favorite stay on our PR trip.

This hotel is amazing. This is my second time staying here. The location is great, it is right on the beach. The staff is very nice and friendly. Oki and Nana always go out of their way to help all guests. They provide great recommendation and are extremely helpful. My friends had an issue with the AC in their room but they were able to find an acceptable solution right away. It was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend the hotel.

We absolutely loved staying at Numero Uno in Ocean Park. The location was amazing. Right on the beach! Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant every morning. The water was hot and shower pressure nice. We will definitely be booking with Numero Uno on our next stay in PR!
