The Alexandrian Old Town Alexandria, Autograph Collection

The Alexandrian is a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel at 480 King Street, in the busiest part of Old Town, a few blocks up from the waterfront and Market Square. It used to be the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Alexandria, which is the name some older LGBTQ+ travel lists still give it. It is a mainstream hotel with no LGBTQ+ programme of its own. You can walk to Old Town Books, which runs a monthly queer book club, and to Market Square, where the city's Pride Fair was held in 2025. The King Street Trolley runs past the door to the Metro.
