Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near my work. Most importantly the staff is very nice and welcoming. They provide a safe and enjoyable home away from home. The restaurant is convenient, the food is good and the staff, especially Margarita, create a welcoming environment. Great job!

I have stayed here a few times in the last month. The rooms are nice and clean and as a Hilton Honors member I like the online check in and digital key feature. The one complaint I do have is the restaurant. I had not eaten there until my last stay. The breakfast buffet was cold and the service was not good. I had to flag the waitress down to bring us coffee even though we were the only two people there at the time. There was a another desk mail employee who never offered to help us either. Definitely room for improvement with the service and staff.

We got into the property after a long day and a hot gig and were welcomed by Erika at the bar. She was incredible! She was accommodating & took great care of us. If you’re in town and need a great place to stay and need a beautiful smile to brighten your day, stay here and go see Erika!

Our stay was a 100/100! The staff absolutely goes above and beyond and we had the best stay! The rooms were clean and they supplied everything we needed. Everyday we felt cared for, and we had every request answered. There was nothing too big or too small you could ask — it was always yes! Erika was so kind and attentive to service during daily breakfast. She was very kind and we appreciate her care during our stay! Thank you Erika, you were great

Location is convenient but hotel is old and outdated. Mobile key wasnt working so had to wait in line to check in, we booked a king room that said it sleeps 4. When I got to the room it was a king bed with no pull out couch and 1 small chair, no way it sleeps 4. I was able to switch rooms to 2 queen beds. Breakfast was $16 and was basic so we went to starbucks and spent less than we would have at the hotel. Gym is small and laundry only takes quarters, the front desk seemed annoyed I asked him to break my cash so I could get quarters. Half the time I walked in there was no one at the front desk. We've stayed in a lot of Hiltons this is the worst one, would not recommend.

Room was fine. You can pay $16 to gain access to the breakfast buffet, which consists of three breakfast cereals, some sad looking apples and bread. Should be a free buffet, or let me pay for real food with table service! The room has a bottle of water in it with a sign on it that says the water is free if you're a member of their special club that nobody cares about, or it's $2 if you drink it otherwise. Also you can pay to get upgraded wifi? What's with the nickel and diming? Very unappealing system. Absolutely nobody likes any of this.

The rooms are clean. Staff are pleasant. Here with a large group for a softball tournament and the hallways and lobby are unbearably hot. When we asked about this, we were told that the door is opening so nothing can be done. Feels like a play to clear the lobby. Too hot to sit at the bar or enjoy some time with friends.

Stayed here for 3 nights after getting a great deal online. Nice rooms, decent location, free parking. Great value all around.

:🚨 SECURITY WARNING: STAFF LOCKED BACK ROOM WITH MY CREDIT CARD & ID 🚨Avoid the Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North in Ashburn! Tonight at 10:00 PM, the front desk agent—an African American woman in her 50s, very skinny, with a brown wig and big glasses—committed a massive security breach. I completed my mobile check-in, but she falsely claimed I didn't pay for yesterday. She demanded my ID and credit card, then walked into a back office, closed the door, locked me out, and stayed back there listening to music and sleeping. When I demanded a manager, she lied and said, "I am the manager," but refused to give her name and wore no name tag. She openly laughed in my face when I told her my daughter was crying in the car late at night. Do not trust this staff with your cards or your safety! Check your banking statements immediately if you stay here!

This hotel charged me over 1300$ yesterday and I have never stayed there. As of right now I’ve talked them down to a bit over $450 for a no show fee on our reservation but that is still absolutely insane and they are telling me it could take ten days to get a refund on the rest. I would be very hesitant to give this hotel your billing info over the phone. Trying to get a hold of anyone there can be really hard if you have an issue.

I stayed here for a couple weeks, for business in town. The rooms were reasonably clean and well kept. But the hosekeeping staff would skip days I scheduled for them to come. It was a bit doissapointing. Also just be aware that there are no complementary breakfast options at the hotel (understandable, given this is a Garden Inn, it's just something you have to be aware of). One of their elevators also needs its door position sensors replaced because it kept slamming open, every time. Not too inconvenient but just lound to deal with, if you have an early morning or late night. Also be aware that they only exchange $5 per person per day for quarters, for laundry. So if you have multiple loades to do, bring your own quarters.
