I love Magic City wellness. The staff are always super friendly, supportive and helpful. Dr. Tucker is very informative and helpful, and the front desk staff are always a pleasure to deal with. I enjoy the convenience of it all. The appointment scheduling, text messaging for communication, automatically scheduling the next appointment. Everything is very thoughtful and well planned out. The only change I’d suggest is the double authentication for the portal be available in text message.

I recently switched from primary care at UAB to MCWC and it’s been such a positive change so far. Dr. Boyd takes the time to listen with empathy and knowledge. The staff have all been kind and welcoming.

This office is really amazing and I'm so grateful to have found them after some really terrible experiences with healthcare providers. Everyone here is super friendly and clearly cares about the patient. Everyone I interact with is respectful and friendly. Shana B. is my favorite healthcare provider I've ever had. She is very warm and genuine. I feel very heard and understood when I talk to her, and she has provided great resources for me. She stays on top of my meds, my insurance referrals, and her responses on the patient portal are always very prompt,considered, and thorough. I've never been so happy with my healthcare provider. It might sound like an exaggeration, but I truly mean this: having a great doctor's office is life-changing. Thank you MCWC! 💗

The reasons this place gets one star is because the providers here are great and they take their time with patients. Although the office staff completely ruins the experience. I had to fight with them because they over charged me and then didn't want to respond to my calls or messages. I had to leave and find a new provider because they wouldn't call me back to schedule any appointments. The office staff must just sit there and do nothing all day. Def would not recommend this place to anyone.
