The delivery and installation team was top-notch—very careful, professional, and thorough. They made sure everything was set up properly and took the time to walk me through how to use and maintain the spa. I’ve also visited the store a few times since then, and each time the staff has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions I have. We just recently purchased a Chelsee model hot tub from Spas Etc and we could not be more enthusiastic. The sales experience with Matt was amazing and even after stopping in numerous times to ask questions, his staff was always kind and ready to answer any questions. Throughout our install, our installers were amazing. Brad was great with our education and they were so helpful throughout the whole process. I am a nervous person when it comes to buying things new and they eased my fears and worked with me to ensure everything went smoothly. The hot tub and covana(highly recommend) is beautiful and they did a wonderful job installing it!
