I never post negative reviews but had to. Hotel is beautiful and clean BUT, do not park for the airport. My wife and I stayed the night before our flight went out. Filled out paperwork for parking, so they knew when we would be returning. Upon returning I called the shuttle to pick us up. The hotel said the shuttles are at a wedding they will pick us up when they can. We waited, I and gave them our number. Never heard back. So at midnight my wife and I, with all our luggage had to walk down the highway to get our car. Never stay and park here for the airport.

We had to stay here last July 18 2026, because our Enterprise SUV derated on I-76 and had to be towed. I will also publish a review on Enterprise : ( The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The free shuttle to the Canton- Akron Airport was very convenient. The price point was a bit steep $300+ with a $75 pet fee. I mean they could have thrown in dog grooming for free :) And there is no Breakfast included with the Rooms. Although a $13 breakfast buffet was available at their Bar and Restaurant. The rooms are ok , door was a bit dated. ( the security lock was inoperable ) The outside landscaping is very appealing for your pets. The grass strips go around the whole property. Overall I give them a 4 Star.

Very clean lobby!Room-very nice and quiet! Air Conditioning Excellent!

We were only there for an evening, but the place was goreous. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. We did partake in breakfast, but it smelled good. The lobby was shockingly nice and well designed. Lastly, the room was very spacious and clean. The ony minor deductions, the shower was obviously a bit dated, but had no impact on our stay - still got solid pressure and cleaned up for the day!

Unexpectedly amazing. Very cute property, sitting in its own little meadow. Very pretty when they light it up at night. The remote check-in and contactless entry worked like a breeze!! The desk clerk was ridiculously cheerful and nice and helpful. We were very happy to have the option of leaving the car here for two nights while we are away. The airport shuttle was so convenient. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Seriously, this place easily earns five stars from me.
