Rooms are dirty. Bedding is stained.

The summary of the review below is that this hotel has seen better times and does not justify the over $300 per night they charge for a room. The pros: - Great location. Just a 15-minute walk across the bridge to downtown Cincinnati. - Hotel parking is only $22 per day with in and out privileges. - Fully cooked breakfast is included. - Rooms are fine and the beds are comfortable. The cons: - There was a bizarre lack of standard bathroom amenities one expects at a hotel. In my opinion they reflect overworked and undertrained staff. For example: - There was just one almost-depleted roll of TP and there was no spare new roll available. - There was no bath mat. - The shower gel container was empty - No hair dryer. We requested at the front desk that all the above items be restocked/provided. When we returned to our room in the evening, a new roll of TP was provided, the bath mat was provided as well. However, no hair dryer was provided and the shower gel container was still empty. Also in the bathroom there were signs of neglect with holes in the wall where something was hung before and now was missing and other deficiencies (see photos). - The free breakfast was available, but extremely crowded and the various food items were constantly running out and not replenished in a timely manner. The omelet station had a long and very slow line that extended out the door of the breakfast room. - They gym was OK, but the trash can was overflowing and it looked like no staff person checked it in many days. In my opinion there are other hotels that would provide better service and value than this hotel.

I was impressed with Keonte as a bartender. He was able to accommodate 50+ with no backup, and did so smoothly. The rest of the stay is great, but as someone in the service industry, myself, I was impressed

Mid hotel, close to the Reds stadium which is nice. Great view. Terrible WiFi and really busy breakfasts with stuff in demand

The room was great clean and Brian at the front was amazing!!! Staying til monday :)

People People People - My first night was not great but then, .... I interacted, ....ALLLL of the team here are just fantastic - they will do anything to make your stay great. Nowwwww, if the owners of this property would just support their people and update the rooms, then this would be a 6 star property, ...just sayin... :)
