Hilton Garden Inn Edmond / Oklahoma City North

Easy off and on from the Hwy, staff here are over achieving to please and are polite.

Not worth the extra money. Parts are nicer than average holiday inn but parts are actually worse.

Beautiful hotel

Only truly good thing was location. Staff was nice and responsive, but overall Hilton has gone downhill over the last five years paid $200 a night for two rooms so I total of 800 was not given any sort of complementary breakfast. We let our Hilton Honors go because we have been so disappointed. Now I remember why. No improvement.They ran out of pillows so when I requested some, they Could not find what was asked for. The bed feels like rocks and the room had trouble keeping cool. You would think in an economy or things are hurting, and they are charging more than ever for a bed – that is a sunk cost, You can no longer get room service daily, you would come up for ways to make it a more valuable experience worthy of a $200 price tag. Hilton get it together.

This is the best HGI I’ve stayed in. Great service and the rooms are exceptional. I want to give a shout out to Lana in the restaurant. She is a friendly and caring person and has a great attitude when serving her customers. Rae, Sara and Sonny are awesome at the bar. Keep up the great work!
