Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort

UnfortunatelyiThis Hilton location has been by far the worst experience eve, it's too late to check out now to read back home.r. Come to celebrate a 19th marriage anniversary. The room was duty. We request room service to came and at least map the floor that have hair and liquid stains. They came in the next day and still we return to the room with a dirty floor and dirty table tops. Loose a portion of my hair with the shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel. What really make me desperate to leave besides how dusty and dirty everything is, was a cockroach show at the pillow. Unacceptable. I have to wait another 5 hours until sunrise to leave this nightmare. Disappointed and exhausted. The entire experience was ruined. I documented and take images of everything. I have good experience at this hotel when went to vacation in Brasil. The USA beach house at Fort Lauderdaele was what will prevent from ever get back to any Hilton or letting any friends do the same mistake. Disgasting páprika lobster. Now is 1:30 am and after a second cockroach show up in the kitchen, deI cided to spent de night driving back home. Slow elevators. Requested plates and utensils and it got delivered after 1 hours and 10 minutes. Add a foto of the sheet stain

This hotel is not only beautiful & aesthetic, but EVERYONE is extremely helpful and they wear a smile while doing so. The rooms are spacious for families. The food at s3 is SPECTACULAR. We have stayed here many times and they never disappoint. There are a bunch of areas to party if you are you g and wanting to experience the south Florida sun. If you have kids there are ton of activities for them as well.

As a recent new owner, I have various condos in Miami and this is top notch, from the staff to the food and pool/beach service!! Keep up the good service at Beach House.

I’m from Ohio and recently stayed at this Hilton while traveling. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. Everything from the amenities to the service exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable place to stay.

Couldn't find where I was told to go

The hotel staff are fantastic. Every employee I interacted with from front desk, bell services, valet, restaurants, were all friendly, warm, and welcoming. The staff is the only reason the hotel gets 2 stars instead of 1. I had two major issues: 1. The hotel is dated, worn, and in dire need of renovations. For the cost, I expected a more upscale experience. The bathroom was disgusting, with questionable stains on the toilet and mold in the shower head. 2. The hotel charges a $56 resort fee which grants guests 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. What’s not disclosed is that those chairs/umbrella are provided by a third party vendor which sells the chairs/umbrellas to non-resort guests. As a result, by 11AM the umbrellas are sold out and resort guests do not have priority. I was offered to be put on a waiting list as a resort guest or I could pay if I wanted immediate access. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews (multiple 1-liner 5 star reviews, on the same day, by profiles with only 1 review, with fake names, is a red flag). This hotel is not worth the cost for what is provided.
