Save your money and stay somewhere else. Almost everything in the room is broken such as lights, shower head etc.

Our bathroom shower had brown crud all around it . It was bad enough I did not shower and decided to wait until I got home that afternoon . The Hallway carpets were disgusting at best description . We are platinum members and enjoy holiday inn express . This one left a lot to de desired .

It was not a good room bed was hard pillows was also hard looked like black mold in shower one side of the bed the light did not work bedside table would not stay shut. No ice machine on the floor or at the breakfast. It was on 3rd floor.

Before I start the review, I would like to say the front desk staff was very nice and helpful so any negative thing about this hotel is not towards them. I have stayed at many Holiday Inns. I have felt they are always the best for their price yet still clean. The first thing I noticed when I walked in our first room was streaks of someone’s bowel movement in the toilet where it hadn’t been cleaned good enough . I had to use the restroom anyways after a long drive and when I did the toilet leaked all over the floor from somewhere in the back and got on the bottom of my pants after I flushed. Luckily it was clean water. Other things I noticed on how banged up the furniture was in that room, as if it was second hand from another holiday inn. Old food crust was on the sofa in our first room. They did upgrade us to a king suite after that. In our new room, I noticed stains all over the furniture and the drain in the bathtub was nasty and old. The handle for the dresser on my side of the bed was gone. Once again all the furniture looked second hand as if it was taken from another holiday inn that had remodeled. This place needs a remodel of the rooms bad. The front lobby looked great and from what I understand was recently remodeled. Put some more work and invest in the rooms your customers sleep in. I won’t be back at this location as it is not sanitary.

Room lighting was fair. Very quiet.

I Been staying holiday inn Express I never experience such a dirty and smelly room , stain everywhere , refrigerator dirty …my allergies got worse thank God I only stay one night there .
