5/5 great place to workout. Excellent work out classes and super fit instructors. The staff is super nice and welcoming. The membership is pricy but the gym has a 21 day free trial you can use before you buy into a membership. It’s worth a trial at the very least.

So I have been a member at planet fitness, gold's gym, and recently Crunch .. this is my favorite gym by far in greensboro. The equipment, staff, and just general vibe is great. Since I own a health food store I take my health and working out seriously ... coming in 6 or 7 days a week ... It is worth the couple extra dollars per month to workout at O2. Linda and Denise and the rest of the front desk staff are amazing .. if you are serious about your health and fitness come work out here for their 21 day free trial. You won't go back to your old gym :)

Had great tour with Isaiah! We were greeted with a nice smile when we arrived. He was very helpful in answering our questions, and took his time giving us a tour and showing all that GSO O2 has to offer! He went over the various membership options/payments. Super personable and honest!! Excited to start our free trial, and look forward to seeing Isiah during our visits! 👏🏼👏🏼
