We were only at the downstairs bar. Very expensive for what it is.

Had a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The amenities, especially the pool and fitness center, were a great bonus.

Stayed here for work while working 12 hour days. So I just came in to sleep. I didn't notice until I was packing to leave that the curtain liner had a big stain, and so did the mattress cover. Yuck! If I had seen that during my stay I would have switched hotels.

Very classy venue for a Gala!

Staying at a Marriott hotel and overall have a very positive experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service from Kentaia, the front office supervisor. From the moment I arrived, Kentaia was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She went out of her way to ensure everything about my stay was smooth and comfortable, and her level of care really stood out. It’s rare to encounter someone who handles their role with such poise and dedication. That said, there was one issue that unfortunately detracted from the experience. Upon using the bathroom, I noticed a urine stain on the toilet seat. This was clearly a housekeeping oversight and not reflective of the otherwise high standards I expect from Marriott. While I want to emphasize that this was absolutely not Kentaia’s fault, it was still quite aggravating and disappointing to encounter in what should be a clean, ready room. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Kentaia, and she is a strong asset to the hotel. With a bit more attention to detail on the housekeeping side, this would have been a flawless stay.

What are we even doing in the hotel industry anymore? This was somehow both the most expensive and the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at. I have to assume the price is due to the location, which is convenient, although the way the (paid daily) parking is set up resulted in the longest walk I’ve ever had from my car to a hotel room. ​On my first night, I checked in and found the room was warm, so I turned the thermostat down and went to dinner. When I returned, the room was still hot. I notified the front desk, and the clerk informed me that the AC is motion-controlled and only cools when someone is in the room. I waited about an hour, and the temperature actually rose two degrees. The front desk sent a maintenance tech to change the filter, but it was already clean, and he insisted there should be no issue with the AC. He left and said he would check back in 30 minutes. ​As the room continued to get hotter, he returned, reset the breaker, and told me he would put a note in the system but he didn't see any reason why it was getting hot. I was uncomfortably warm, the front desk staff was unhelpful, and the maintenance worker spent the time complaining to me about how overworked he was. ​All that aside, for the price of the rooms, it is insane how cheap they went with the mattresses, towels, and pillows. They even used single-ply toilet paper. Breakfast was good but cost $25 per person, and the bar had $10 beers. Strangely enough, they were $8 if ordered via room service. ​Marriott has been my go to recently, but I may need to reevaluate

Clean Hotel. Not much to do around.

The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The amenities are nice, but the rooms could use some updating as they feel a bit dated. Overall, it's a decent stay, but not without its quirks.

Great place to stay.

I completely agree with other reviews. They have a monopoly on location being connected with the convention center and while the negotiated rate is fair for a conference, I can't see why anyone would book this themselves. And I will not pay $25 for a breakfast that would be complimentary at a Hampton Inn. I bought a box of cereal and milk from a local grocer (5-minute walk). The satisfaction of supporting an entrepreneur, not corporate greed, kept me going all day.

Loved it here! Got a great room on the 14th floor. Pool is on 22nd. There's a hot tub too. I ordered Room Service to pool. It was wonderful! Really enjoyed our stay Will definitely be back! *revised to they no longer offer room service to pool But we love this hotel! We go 30mins (one-way) out of our way just to stay here vs. somewhere closer My kids love the huge lobby and pool Spa is great and Starbucks is easily accessible
