G Hotel

Hotel was clean but more like a motel. Bed was comfortable and sheets looked clean. Same with shower. Breakfast is included but it is only donut and/ or a bagel. Not anything significant. Front desk lady was helpful and friendly.

Angela at The G Hotel was an absolute lifesaver during my recent stay. My original check in window was 4:00–11:00 p.m., but due to unexpected delays I didn’t arrive until almost 5:00 a.m. I called ahead and spoke with Angela, and she went above and beyond to accommodate a very late check in without any stress or hassle. On top of that, I asked about a late checkout. I was told it’s not normally offered, but because of my extremely late arrival, Angela kindly made an exception. That level of flexibility and understanding truly made all the difference. Exceptional customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Angela, for your professionalism, kindness, and for making my stay so much smoother!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! We booked a stay here and ended up not being able to make it therefore having to cancel our stay, however, we cancelled our stay before the end of the cancellation date and did not receive any money back from this establishment. After about 48 hours since the cancellation we went ahead and called the G Hotel in henderson to confirm when our money would be refunded as it states within 24 hours our refund would be granted. The hotel claimed they never took our money and we would have to call the website we booked the hotel with but my bank statements say otherwise. So now we called the website we booked our hotel from and now they said they did not take our money and that it was the G hotel. After the back and forth between the website and the G hotel said they would not be refunding our money (that they said they didn’t take) even though i never set foot in that establishment. Another important factor of this all is that we booked what claimed to be a “reserve now, pay later” deal, that the hotel went ahead and took the payment for us to then (if we actually had went) get our money back and pay at the hotel. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone especially for the price i paid!!

I booked for a couple nights and it was awesome the room was comfortable and clean it smelled good and most of all Ashley was the best she was so nice and accommodating she made our stay a good one

Only disappointment was they have not returned my deposit!!!!!!!!

Very clean rooms but you can't even smoke in the rooms If you try to your fire alarm will go off and so will every single fire alarm in the whole building! I speak from experience.

The beds alone are not something I would recommend.

This hotel was clean, affordable, nice and quiet & offered free WiFi with paramount plus on the tv to watch the NFR live. There was construction in the area that made it a little difficult to find but otherwise this place is a great kid/family friendly & safe place. The staff was incredible & offered a free simple breakfast. It’s not super fancy but simple & comfortable & we are 2 women traveling alone. This place was worth every penny & we will be back again!

Very affordable.nice staff (megan)..it has motel vibes..older with recent updates. Perfect for me..traveling through. I dont care about luxury. Clean bed..clean shower and im good. I would come back....

Absolutely fire! From room cleanliness to amenities and price. Pleasant office staff like 1969! This is fact!!

My husband and I were so pleased! Ashley was so helpful and so accommodating. Met her with a smile and willing to help when we booked the first time and our return trip had our room clean and ready, I so appreciate all that she did for my husband and I. The room was clean and the lady at the counter for breakfast was so sweet and caring. I highly recommend .
