Applebee's Grill and Bar

This is one of the best lunch restaurants for us… it’s consistently good, with a very welcoming staff, especially Tika, that takes good care of everyone.

French onion soup had very little, insufficient onions.

This was one of the worst places I have received service at. Half the restaurant was empty but still took out party of 6 30 mins to be seated. I brushed that off and tried to enjoy our night out. When we were seated we only got 1 set of silverware. Took 30 minutes to get a server to get out drink order so decided to put out food in at the same time. We received 2 appetizers and 1 person got their meal after 45 mins. When our appetizers were brought I asked for more silverware again. Finally I saw some one who happened to to the manager for silverware and finally got them. 30 more minutes we finally got our 3rd appetizer. Then 25 minutes after we got our food. When mine was set in front of me I asked for A1 sauce and a refill of my soda. I had asked a total of 4 people for A1 sauce over 25 minutes. Meanwhile my food is getting cold. By the time I finally got the sauce. I just ended up asking for to go boxes so we could leave. The staff gave us a free dessert for "being patient". But no amount of free food justifies this low customer service we received. The food however did taste good and prices are reasonable. If I ever happen to order from here again it would only be for pickup. I would never try to eat there again after our experience.

5 stars for the Applebee’s staff! The restaurant was clearly dealing with a lot of rude customers and seemed very short staffed , but the servers and bartender handled everything like absolute pros. They stayed positive, worked hard, and still gave great service despite the chaos around them. Huge credit to the team for keeping things moving and staying professional. We will definitely be back because of the staff (Mark)!!!

Amazing manager recommended a taco burger I believe but it sounded good!
