We came to eat at the Bae Korean restaurant. Very good experience.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Horrible parking. No way of knowing if you can park for your event since they just let you keep going into full garages. Overbooked events. Will not be back.

Super crowed, parking was a nightmare, no Seminole police to help direct traffic. Place smelled of smoke

The hotel is lovely, but the guest service is quite poor for the price… we asked for a luggage scale for 10 hours, repeating the request six times, and it never arrived… always “yes, yes, yes”… it never came. We had borrowed a guitar, which was a nightmare… they told my daughter to come back in an hour because the person there wasn't from the hotel and didn't know… we returned an hour later and they kept us waiting quite a while, until they told us to come back in two hours when the manager would arrive. My daughter returned and they asked for a $300 deposit. I went to check and the person there told me it was already closed… anyway… what a shame, the hotel is beautiful!
