Honestly, I don’t know why this business is open. There was bugs in the room a fly trap in there. they didn’t even give us no toilet paper or nothing no parking so we had a park on the outside of the hotel in the gate was locked so we couldn’t get our truck in them so gonna wake us up four in the morning trying to get in the room and when we get out there Because we were leaving, there were nowhere to be found I had to wake my man up and tell him that there was somebody that was trying to come in the room. ridiculous!!! Paid $97 for a room and it won’t even worth $97

The rooms are dirty there are rat's and Roaches all over the place. I had no hot water the entire stay and no body came buy to clean the room are bring fresh towels the whole time.

Updated review: To add insult to bring scammed out my money, the owner responded to my original review telling me to reach out via email, which I did and MULTIPLE TIMES only to be ignored each time. So, the response is only so the hotel can appear to be doing the right thing, returning my $75 dollars for a hotel that I did not stay at. I guess businesses doing the “right” thing being fair and honest is not a thing. Congratulations Oyo hotel, if you were aiming to be known as a sketchy, dirty, overpriced hotel that allows patrons to book a room online even though YOU KNEW the hotel was booked over capacity and don’t return their money, you have met those requirements. I will be emailing, calling, writing every elected official in Coffee County until this establishment is SHUT DOWN. You can’t do people like this and continue to get away with it. Shame on you. Hope it was worth the $75 you got from and probably countless others. Total scam! I booked a room and when I got to the hotel they told me that there were no rooms available. I had to drive an hour plus south and get another room. Then I was refused a refund because I was a no show. Sucks they do business like that. It looks like a crack house outside with all the sketchy people hanging out on the balcony.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This establishment is a health hazard and should be under immediate review by the health department. I booked a room for my father as he was passing through town for one night. Unfortunately, that decision led to an appalling experience. From the moment he arrived, it was clear something was wrong. While attempting to check in, another guest was actively trying to get a refund due to the uninhabitable state of their room. This should have been the first red flag. When my father finally made it to his room, he brought in his dinner from McDonald’s. After microwaving his burger and placing it on the table, he stepped away briefly to use the restroom. Upon returning, he discovered roaches actively eating his food. Yes, roaches on his dinner. At that point, he understandably left immediately and had to spend hundreds of dollars at a different hotel just to secure a safe, sanitary place to stay for the night. If that wasn’t concerning enough, he also witnessed an employee removing an exterior air vent to gain access to a guest room where someone had been locked out. This raises serious security, privacy, and safety concerns. Do not expect a refund. Their so-called “customer service” consists of giving you the runaround with non-working phone numbers and empty promises. And to the OYO representative who frequently responds to these reviews: Instead of posting generic apologies, perhaps you should focus on refunding customers and addressing the severe health, safety, and cleanliness issues at this property. I challenge you to stay one night in this cesspool. Avoid this place at all costs. Your health, safety, and sanity are worth far more than whatever “deal” they’re offering.

The OYO hotel in douglas ga.is worst hotel i have stayed in..flies were all over floor. I had to go get a manager to climb in thru air conditiining opening to get in my room..cut microwave on everything went out..bed bugs tore us up..had holes in wall..couldnt shower bc it wasnt no rags or towels nor curtain in room..beds stained and wasnt cleaned..never will i stay there..im calling city on them.

I don’t normally write reviews but this just needed to be said I would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone I drove a long way n I just wanted to have somewhere to lay my head for a night the room was nasty and roaches and flies everywhere not only that bathroom was nasty as well rust on everything tv didn’t work at all n my mom woke up the morning to bite marks on her back and neck due to bed bugs if I could get my money back I would only nice thing there about this place was the lady in the front she was nice but this place need to be shut down n reported to the health department

Do not ever stay at a hotel like this. You are safer sleeping in your car. You can never contact anyone at the front desk. The people who work there are a hot mess. You are wasting your money staying at such a horrendous place. I’m not sure how they are still open but I will be reporting this place.

Called in before for a late check in, everything supposedly fine, been told to ring the bell, ended up doing it endlessly at 3 in the morning, without a room and without a refund.

We booked this reservation on line as we were traveling from out of state. Upon arrival, we were told there were no rooms available, even though we had pre-paid for several days and had a confirmation number. The person working the desk refused to look up the reservation information. They have not issued a refund, so we are now having to deal with that. Completely unacceptable.

Absolutely the worst experience in my life. That was only the check in process I havent even checked in yet. I understand why every other hotel was sold out but yet they still had rooms I know why now...
