Tranquility in Jerusalem This hotel is located in Jerusalem's German Quarter, a fifteen-minute walk from the Old City. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, it offers all the charm of a neighborhood perfect for experiencing authentic Israel. The rooms are not very spacious but are perfectly adequate. Breakfast is served at one of the nearby restaurants, a very good option.

We came to the spa to celebrate the completion of my doctorate – we chose the place from a variety of options that your website offers, expecting a respectful, high-quality and professional experience. In fact, we received a shameful experience that does not meet any basic spa standard. The massage room was located in the basement in substandard conditions: an open space, not intimate and does not respect privacy. The room is not hermetically sealed but is separated only by a curtain. Throughout our stay at the place, a heavy musty smell was felt. In addition, we clearly heard the noise of dishes being collected from breakfast from the nearby kitchen – a continuous noise that significantly hindered the ability to relax and devote ourselves to the treatment. The space was heated using a heat diffuser. The space seemed completely improvised – beds that were brought to the site, an active bar in the same space, a feeling that the complex was set up and dismantled as needed. There were no toilets in the complex, no dressing room, no robes, no organized place to put clothes or coats (we had to put them on the bar), and not even a chair to sit. These are poor conditions that do not match at all the way the place is presented on the website. The level of the massage was mediocre or below, but beyond that – the very environment and conditions significantly damaged the entire experience. It is impossible to charge 600 NIS for such an experience (even if a voucher was purchased at a discount of 300 NIS). There is a significant gap between the marketing presentation and the actual reality – in my opinion, this is a real deception.

Very friendly & helpful staff during the entire stay. Original & tasty “Welcome” - drink/soup! Clean & functional room/bathroom. Tasty breakfast. Great location for trips in the city.

Beware of misleading reviews There is no parking, not even on the street, it is very difficult to find until despair. The service is excellent, the location is very far from everything, I did not find an advantage to its location, and the room, the room felt suffocated, as if an unpleasant feeling, the bed linens felt like they had sand on them, the toilet was wobbly, as a guest, the feeling is that they are not investing in this hotel and that it needs to be renovated. Breakfast was very basic but excellent. The hotel staff was very polite and very helpful.

Amazing place! Family service, pleasant! Everything we asked for, we got. The design of the hotel is special and amazing, every corner of the hotel is like in a Jerusalem movie.. The spa is great, inviting and pleasant! The location is excellent, close to the city center and everywhere! 10/10 We will definitely be back! Recommend!!
