I was there here this past weekend. The lady that checked me in and the guy that checked me out had to be some of the friendliest people that I've ever experienced working at a hotel. The room had everything I needed and just a little more. The location is pretty good but it's not directly on the beach. We ended up booking another hotel that's directly on the beach and the boys stayed here over night and me and the miss stayed at the hotel directly on the beach
I booked a room there, paid for it on the phone with the reservation desk, and when I got there they had no available rooms and wouldn’t refund me
We just stayed here for the weekend and it was such a pleasant experience! The staff is so friendly and helpful, they even recommended favorite restaurants to us. We stayed in the large two room with kitchenette. I loved the “b&b feel” of the space while it still being a full functioning hotel. The pool area was incredibly clean and well kept. We also got a personalized welcome note with canned waters upon check in. It truly was such a wonderful stay - I would definitely stay here again!
What a wonderful place to stay
This is such a hidden gem in Laguna. Less than 10 minute walk to main beach, on site parking, heated salt water pool and great functional rooms. We traveled with 2 kids under 4 and we had everything we needed to make this a home away from home. Highly recommend!
Amazing views are just steps away from this cute little quaint hotel with a pool. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Older hotel, some room for upgrades but nothing serious. Little touches like a welcome card make it special. They also included ear plugs in case it was noisy but we didn't need them- however I could see that maybe being an issue if you want to sleep in too much, as it's quite near to the road and some noise transfer. Parking was a great bonus and it's difficult in the area. Having a full fridge and kitchenette was helpful. Comfortable bed, towels, pillows and sheets that were of good quality- not scratchy. The location is absolutely perfect - just steps away from good restaurants and coffee and very convenient to the main strip, but nothing more than a 10 or 15 minute walk which is picturesque and beautiful all the way. Almost across the street are some of the best parks and beaches in Laguna and very picturesque areas to see the sunset, view the beaches and cliffs and everything you could possibly want. We loved the location. The Tides for the win
