Representive was having computer issues but was extremly polite and helpfull getting us checked in with ease. He was friendly and willing to assist in any way he could! Thanks

BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS!!! Have worked as an apartment handy man for years and know what the little guys look like… found eggs and living bed bugs on my bed!!!

Spent one night here recently while traveling to northern Idaho. My room was spacious and I was able to sleep pretty well. The price I paid for the room was reasonable as well. I very much appreciated the covered parking I was able to utilize, due to the structure of the property.

Garbage and old food when we arrived to our room and blood stains on the sheets. They do not clean the rooms thoroughly before your stay. It is extremely important that hotel staff ensure clean rooms, and this room was not clean. There was garbage under the bed and grime on everything.

Right next to the train tracks and will not stay here again. The tv stopped working the second night and it was too late to get it fixed. Mold in the shower, only had 2 towels for 4 people, we were told we couldn't have more towels. There was a weird smell and the coffee pot was dusty and placed in the bathroom with cups that were not in plastic/protected. The room was dusty and dirty. The people were friendly however, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast because the options weren't what I wanted (waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt and hardboiled eggs).

Staff was very friendly. We have stayed here for years for short stays and it has always been ok for the price. The maintenance has gone down significantly in the last few years and unfortunately we won’t be staying again. The odor in our room was hideous, I can’t even describe it…a mix between wet dog and mildew, the furniture was grimy…looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. There were even spots of something on the bathroom walls. We also only had two towels, nothing else.

Conveniently located. Staff were friendly. Really good breakfast is ready early - truly appreciated by visiting fishers!! I just wished the shower would have turned a bit hotter. I definitely stay again!
